Terms of Service

PulsarArt AI Studio (the "Service") is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to create an account or use any part of the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We may terminate accounts we believe belong to minors, with or without notice.

The Service provides AI-assisted tools for generating images and video sequences from text prompts and reference uploads, including character sheets, presets, story timelines and a conversational directing assistant. Generations are produced by automated systems and may contain inaccuracies, artifacts or unexpected results.

All media produced through the Service is AI-generated and does not depict real people, places or events unless you supply your own reference material. You are responsible for the prompts you submit and the reference images you upload. You retain ownership of your prompts; you are granted a license to the outputs as described in your plan's usage rights.

Free and Creator plans grant a personal, non-commercial license to outputs. The Studio plan includes commercial usage rights as described on the pricing page.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content depicting minors or anyone who appears to be under 18, in any context.
• Generate non-consensual intimate imagery of any real person.
• Upload reference images of real people without their clear consent.
• Circumvent the age gate, safety filters or access controls.
• Resell, scrape or bulk-export the Service's outputs or systems.
• Violate any applicable law, including obscenity and privacy laws in your jurisdiction.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination and, where required by law, reporting to the appropriate authorities.

Generations consume credits from your balance. Credit costs are shown before each generation and may change with notice. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in our refund policy. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; cancelling stops future billing but does not refund the current period.

Payments are processed by Razorpay (India) and Stripe (international). We never store your full card details on our servers.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@pulsarart.studio of any unauthorized use.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PulsarArt shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
