Privacy Policy

We collect only what the Service needs to function:

• Account data — email address and profile details via our authentication provider (Google OAuth or email magic-link sign-in).
• Content you create — prompts, generation settings, character sheets and reference uploads you choose to save.
• Billing data — processed by Razorpay and Stripe; we store transaction records (amount, date, status) but never your full card number.
• Usage data — generations run, credits consumed, and basic diagnostic logs to keep the Service reliable.
• Age-gate state — a local flag in your browser confirming you passed the 18+ gate; this never leaves your device.

Your data is used to operate your account, render your generations, manage credits and billing, prevent abuse, and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your private prompts or reference uploads to train models without your explicit opt-in.

We share data only with the processors required to run the Service:

• Authentication provider — Google OAuth and email magic-link sign-in; sessions are stored in our own database.
• Neon / hosting infrastructure — database and application hosting.
• UploadThing / Cloudinary — media storage for your uploads and outputs.
• Razorpay / Stripe — payment processing.
• Generation infrastructure providers — to render your prompts (they receive prompts and settings, never your account identity beyond a job reference).

We may disclose data when required by law or to protect the safety of users and the public, including reports of illegal content as described in our Content Policy.

Account data is kept while your account is active. Generation history is retained for 24 months to support re-renders and disputes, then anonymized. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time via support@pulsarart.studio; we complete verified deletions within 30 days, except for records we must retain for legal or accounting reasons.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact support@pulsarart.studio to exercise these rights.

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production systems is limited to authorized personnel under audit. No system is perfectly secure; we will notify you of any breach affecting your personal data as required by law.

The Service is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact support@pulsarart.studio and we will delete it promptly.
